The modulus of resistence, U_r, is the area under the elastic portion of the stress-strain curve for a given material, making it the product of the bulk modulus and strain. Strain is dimensionless, so U_r has the same dimensions as bulk modulus, which has the same SI units as stress and pressure, Pa, or N/m^2. Pa is paschals, and N/m^2 is newtons per square meter.

you might also consider the coefficient of restitution which is the elastic rebound expressed as a percentage.
