The only way you can get over that pain and anger is with self help.
You have to come to conclusions that it wasn't your fault and that people do things that aren't fair but that life is too short to waste being angry.
You have to move on and remember as long as you're a faithful and good person, you will find someone that shares a mutual bond with you and that will be committing.
It's essential to love yourself especially in a time like this. You have to care about yourself and do things for you, it makes you stronger and more independent.

That is not an easy question to answer. If you really love that person and you want to stay with that person I would suggest some counseling. Give it some time if you still feel that you can't get over it then it might be time to move on. As long as your happy, that's the most important thing.

I can tell you that I am going through the same thing, It has been one year and I still feel as though it just happened. The worst of it is that she does not take responsibility for it and that makes it harder to forgive. If you cant forgive her than you will live with the resentment and thoughts of seeing her with someone else for a long time. This will affect your ability to live a normal life. Good Luck

It takes a lot of time- believe me. You can forget about trusting them ever again; but if you love them and they love you enough to try to earn your trust back- then it's worth sticking around.
But it also depends on your unique situation. No two people are alike, so this answer may not apply to you. Just do what is best for you.

It takes time, put one foot in front of the other one and get on with your life. It will be hard but someone better will come along that will not cheat on you and will love you for you.

It sounds cheesy, but time does heal all wounds. Try to remember that there are trustworthy people out there..you just got stuck with a bad apple, and move on.
