That's complicated but if it's someone that's doing this purposely then they obviously are already mad at you or have a problem with you for some reason. There's really no way to keep them from getting mad at you if they know you are doing anything to purposely make them unhappy.
I'm in a similar situation right now and there is nothing I can do. The more I try to "get back at them", the more angry they get at me. It only makes them feel more justified for doing nasty things to me. No matter how hard I try, they do not and will not feel any sympathy for what they are doing to me. The best I can hope for is that it will annoy them if I act like I'm happy and that I don't care about them.

Abuse does not continually depart bruises and scars. He does not hit you yet that does no longer mean your boyfriend is any much less abusive than if he did. PLEASE do no longer take this off him anymore. no one has the proper to handle you like that; you deserve su plenty greater desirable. i understand being frightening and out of a courting, yet you're greater desirable off on my own and lonely than depressing with this monster. do no longer overlook approximately him and look ahead to him to bypass away on his very own; he will by no potential do this with the aid of fact it makes him sense stable approximately himself to handle you like this. He desires you in this way. You tell him--in individual, no longer via text textile or email or any of that mess--that your courting is over and he's by no potential to touch you lower back. tell him in case you ever see his face or hear his voice--or his text textile on your telephone--lower back, you will get a restraining order. Then carry on with it. do no longer touch him in any way, and whilst he contacts you to abuse you for leaving him, march your self to the police station and report the workplace work. Then bypass get some therapy to help build your shallowness lower back up

i think you want this person to know your mad at them but not get mad at you when youre making their life miserable. so i think you should spread a rumor then tell the people someone told you that and lied. hope this makes self.

Call them at all hours and then say, "Oh, I'm sorry, I must have dialed the wrong number".

Geee, if you put half that energy into studying, helping someone every day, being friendly and smiling, honoring your parents, you could make the world a better place.....
