By this time, after about a month, your clavicle should be OK even if it has not healed fully. You should even be able to move your arm by now. The clavicle is the one of the least operated on bones in your body unless complicated with nerve or blood vessel injury. Most patients regain use of the involved upper extremity in 6-8 wks. Don't know the extent of damage in your scapula but being surrounded by your shoulder and back muscles, there is little need for any surgery on it. It responds well to conservative treatment. Just be patient with your physiotherapy.

Notes from the Dead, That’s what it mentioned, On the entrance of the field that I determined, A foot lengthy in duration, and with all my force, I pulled it out of the bottom On op’ning it up, and peering within, I noticed web page after web page after web page, Spidery writing, on parchment that used to be Coloured fully yellow with age, I picked up the paper, and iced up to the spot, As I learn the Notes from the Dead, How might it's? Addressed to me! How might it say what it mentioned? In surprise and horror absolute, My middle slowed after which stopped, And the paper I used to be preserving, Flew again into the field, As I collapsed, time elapsed, The field had performed its alternate, I had died – used to be trapped within, Another word used to be made. lol, that used to be random. This entire factor is a well thought ^_~

I would seek out the opinion of another surgeon. Depends how bad the fracture is. A break there doesn't necessarily require surgery. But will take time to heal. My son broke his collarbone and they did do surgery.

After this length of time i reckon that surgery will not be needed. If you have a good range of movement in your shoulder joint then i'd do nothing. Physiotherapy is wot you need. Hope all goes well

I would get several opinions from doctors if I was in your shoes.
