Birds of prey.....hawks, falcons, owls.
In the cave, skunks & raccoons & ferrets will eat the young that fall from the roof of cave.

There are raptors and owls among the major predators of bats. In fact, there is even Bat Hawk (Macheiramphus alcinus) which almost exclusively feeds on bats. In the Americas, there are several hawks which wait for dusk when bats emerge and make a quick stoop for catching them.

Of course, there is the ubiquitous presence of man - so that means pollution, habitat destruction, accidents and so on - which is possibly a bigger threat than any natural enemies.
