Mine do this too... try using sun tan lotion ...it works for me

Are you by any chance a hairdresser???
After you've washed your hands or come in contact with water, use cream after.
You can use diprobase, its for inflamed damaged, dry or chapped skin and to protect raw skin. It may be possible you have eczema don't worry its not a deadly disease or anything, massage gently thoroughly into the skin. But before you buy diprobase seek doctors, because the doctor might give you something else.

i suffer that to unfortunatly theres no escape, but what i do is put cream on before leaving the house and wear golves all the time while out, also dry your hands really well after washing them!
we're in the same boat!!!!!!

i'm able to't stand chilly climate. supply me each and every season yet wintry climate! That way i'm able to motorbike. Fall leaves are eye-catching, and spring and summer are remarkable with all the vegetation and trees in bloom.

Moisturise your hands regularly and wear gloves so they don't get exposed to the wind and cold as this dries them out faster.

i find pure coconut oil very good. it's about a quid from superdrug or boots. also drink plenty of water and wear gloves if you can when out in the cold

my roommate had similiar probelem , you can get these latex finger sleeves from medical supply company (he got his from work) moisturizing lotion into tip of sleeve and wear reapply as needed until fingers stop cracking , and use lotion daily or more
