I would add Kiss "Alive" to that list. It was the first live album to explode (no pun intended) on the charts. It showed that live albums could be financially successful.
Also, several members of bands that are in your original list have cited Kiss as a major influence.

You guys are such babies to be talking about "the most" influential albums "ever"! Most of the albums named are WAY TOO RECENT to be on the list! For instance, as influential as The Beatles were, the album THE BEATLES is way too early in their career to influence anyone! SGT PEPPER, as noted in other answers IS one of the most influential ever! Also REVOLVER, RUBBER SOUL and THE WHITE album had much more influence. You got it right with THE RAMONES, ARE YOU EXPERIENCED?, METALLICA, DARK SIDE OF THE MOON and OTIS BLUE. But others on your list, though great and very influential, owe much more to predecessors than they gave to those who followed! PET SOUNDS as noted elsewhere DEFINITELY should be on the list, but even the Boys' earliest stuff was extremely influential. As my dad used to say, "They were the firstest with the mostest!"
Where are the STONES?!?! Every group on your list, including Otis and The Beatles, would name Chuck Berry and Howling Wolf! And maybe even Elvis! But, this is a not a very subjective question. Have you read about ROLLING STONE magazine and other "expert" sources trying to come up with such a list? Many publications and web sites do this periodically. There are always huge discensions even WITHIN an organization when they try to rate such a thing as "the most most influential ever"!
You could try to focus, as suggested in other answers, on rock, punk, heavy-metal or some smaller sub-set, to get a better answer. Then Yahoo people would know better how to answer. As it is, the answers you are getting are "personal favorites" much more often than "most influential". The answers are all over the place because the question isn't focused enough!

Not a bad list. You should add
Sgt. Pepper's
Highway 61 Revisited
Pet Sounds
The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders From Mars
A Night at the Opera
But you might also want to call this list a rock ablums list. There are maaaany more if you widen the perspective.

Great list. You've got all the good ones covered.(you've got about 70% of my favorites there)
But, how about adding some late 90s, early 2000's albums?
