I am a male in my 20's also. And I suffered from the same problem for a while. I went on with my life, feeling like this, and it sucked. What helped me was visiting with my doctor. He said it had to do with the chemical balances in my body. So, I cut down to about 5 cigarettes a day, after smoking 20 (I know, it's best to just quit) then I also made sure I got at least 8 hours of sleep a night, and CUT OUT the fast food. There are lots of chemicals in fast food that cause these imbalances. Good luck!

You need to take a good multiple Vitamin supplement once a day. That way you are assured of getting what your body needs. I feel draggy if I don't take one everyday. I take Centrum, it's one pill, no big deal. Get enough sleep too...how much do you get? And exercise everyday is very important.

Green Tea, Iron, B12, Carrot juce, and a 20 min nap each day.
Try these things, see how you feel, if you do not feel better see a DR.

make youreslf run/work out/ride bike the more you do it your body will make endorphine hormones those make you enerjetic.
