To start with, if I was going camping I wouldn't be staying in a cabin.

As for the rest of it ............ how about telling us

1) Where you are going - If it's nowhere near water then what's the point in swimwear

2) What you will be doing - If hiking then take boots instead of flip flops.

3) What will you be doing at night - If staying on camp then no point in taking clothes to dress yourself up.

I could carry on but basically

MORE INFO IS NEEDED

OUTWEAR- Not sure what you mean by this, maybe a sweatshirt or warm jacket?

FOOTWEAR- Good, sturdy tennis shoes, and maybe a good pair of sturdy sandals.

TOPS- Long sleeved shirts, t-shirts, maybe a tanktop

BOTTOMS- nice, comfy, long pants, maybe a pair of jeans, and some shorts

SLEEPWEAR- warm weather sleepware, and cold weather sleepware (pajama top, and bottom, or maybe some sweatpants and a t-shirt

JEWEKERY- None, I would say. You might lose it, or it might get caught on something.

TECHONLOGY- Nothing too expensive. Some schools don't allow you to bring electronics on camping trips, make sure you're allowed first. Probably just an ipod to keep you occupied in the car.

COSMETICS- None, probably. Maybe if you need it some cover up.

OTHER- Soap (for face and body), shampoo (if you'll be able to take a shower), hairbrush, toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, tampons or pads (if you're old enough), maybe a book, or some cards, sun screen, bug spray, hair tie, deodarant etc

SWIM WEAR- I would reccomend bringing a one-peice bathingsuit. (It would be kind of weird if you were the only person to bring a bikini, or if your school won't allow it, and you can't go swimming) Goggles maybe, too, but you probably won't use them.

FOOD- Maybe some crackers, or trail mix or something.

OUTWEAR - Jacket appropriate for the climate. Sounds like a windbreaker is good or waterproof windbreaker with a hood is best. Dress for all ossible weather

FOOTWEAR - hiking boots is best. Athletic shoes 2nd best. If hiking in area with snakes...high boots is best.
Consider one pair of socks per day plus extra couple for wet days. Keep feet dry. Cotton socks are best. DOn;t do without socks. sandals only for swimming pool use.

TOPS - low cut, sexy. Seriously, bring a mix of long and short sleeves for the weather. Cotton is best. Layer your clothes for cold weather. Sweater isn;t bad eitehr.

BOTTOMS - Jean or shorts for the appropriate weather. Long pants a must for hiking in brush.

SLEEPWEAR - Whatever is comfortable.

JEWEKERY - minimize this...it only get lost. Earings and watch at most.

TECHONLOGY - minimize this. You need a watch, perhaps CD or MP3 player for personal use...but usually this is a security concern for camping...people do steal. Compass, GPS optional if needed.

COSMETICS- Keep it simple. You're camping not modeling

OTHER - Depending on the days activities:
flashlight with extra batteries
Raingear and/or boots/. Umbrella may be ok for travel to eating ara or bathroom
Toilet paper- (camping paper usually is sucky)
medicines- aspiring/tylenol/advil/ suntan lotion (for burns also), rash cream
matches, fishing stuff, pocket knife, rope (clothesline, to lift food into trees to keep from animals), whistle for help, other needs?

SWIM WEAR - bikini is always welcome, cover for walking to lake/pool

FOOD.- assuming it is provided. Minimize the snacks, it attracts wildlife. Put cookies/candy in a tin if taken.

OTHER:
Money, books, musical instrument?
Sleeping bag!
Pillow!
Knapsack for day trips
sanitary goods, kleenex, phone numbers, stamps for postcards or letters, pen/pencil, paper
