Of the two big powers I think speed/timestop. Or if too big flight.
Otherwise it would be something really petty, like turn someone 180 degrees so they get trapped in revolving doors.
or give people in line of sight mild electrical shocks on any one part of the body at a time

I don't know where I came up with this one, but I'm sure someone had it at one time. (I'm not this imaginative!) The power to go back in time for a short period (about 10-20 seconds.) and change the outcome of an event.
That would sure come in handy when riding a motorcycle! Accident! No problemo. Go back in time for a short one, and park or take a different route. Yep, that would be mine if I could have one.

Time control, like Hiro from the TV show Heroes. It would be nice to be able to go back into the past and change certain things.

I would like to be able to see in to the future. It could help with all sorts of things as well as being able to find out the lottery numbers!

Time travel. Think about it, every time you embarassed yourself or got into a bad situation, you could go back five minutes before and change it. Also you could go back in time and buy microsoft and IBM stock when they were startup companies. In addition, you could travel to any time period in the world to check it out.
