Google isn't for sale but if you have the means I think they'll sell for about 12 Billion. Yahoo on the other hand might go a little cheaper...say 10 Billion or so....if you are talking about having Yahoo or Google as your webhost then it gets a lot cheaper, start by checking out yahoo geocities

$143.6 Billion is google's market cap (share price*shares in issue) Add on to that outstanding options and goodwill (at least another 30%) and you'd have a reasonable starting offer.
I don't have a clue as to yahoo.
