despite eating well and sleeping enough and living healthy i always feel lazy i have had various tests with doctors and they cant find anything wrong what can i do to feel more energetic without relying on substances? or pills?

Exercising is the only way I know of. It speeds your metabolism, which gives you more energy. If I exercise moderately late at night, I have trouble sleeping because I am so wound up.

Fresh air. Our houses are a lot more air tight now than they used to be and the level of oxygen in our homes and buildings gets stale. Open a window and breath deep, it moves oxygen through your blood and you may find yourself wide awake in short order.

do you never feel like doing anything or just not anything involving much exercise. you may be depressed... or you may just need more exercise. try doing yoga.
