Are you're temperatures ok? If they're too hot sometimes they will stay anyway and overheat. Use a digital thermometer to monitor the temps of 84 and 88 F (28.9 C - 31.1 C) in the basking area.

Is there any bubbling sounds coming from it's mouth or nose? If so, it could be a respiritory infection. This will need a vet.

Is the food the right size? Make sure the food is no bigger than the width of it's mouth.

Do you have a good UVB source? This will effect overall health if he's without it. The main problem would be a calcium deficiency, but it also effects kidney function and other internal organ functions. Here's a website to do some research from...if you haven't already that is...:-)

Sounds like he's all stuffed up, I'd call a vet asap!
