I found on net that IGNOU and Andhra University offer BSc Physics. Looking to see if there is anything else better than these.

There are lot of good universities in India Offering specialization courses through correspondence/ distance education or through online. Secondly, IIT is not an university. Universities like Rohtak Annamalai, Osmania Madras and even Delhi University universities offering such courses. Distance /correspondent and Online courses help in getting higher education as it is difficult to accommodate all students when seats are less and secondly one can do the course of your own choice without getting good percentage.

annamalai university, chidambarm tamilnadu is offering. u can write to the director, directorate of distance education annamalai university chidambaram tamilnadu. there will be contact classes and also u have to attend the practicals. good luck
