to write it as a decimal, divide the numerator by the denominator. Like, for 3/2, divide 3 by 2, which gives 1.5
to write as a percent, just multiply the fraction with 100. Like, for 1/4,
1/4 * 100 = 25. So, 1 is 25% of 4.

Well to get a decimal you divide the bottom number into the top. Once you have your decimal, move it over to the right 2 times, that becomes your percent. Hope that helps.
Ex: 5/10 5 divided by 10= .50 move decimal over 2 times 50.% Tu Dah!

to turn it into a percent/decimal, turn it into a decimal by diving the numerator by the denominator.Suppose you have 7/8. To turn it into a decimal divide 7 by 8 which equals .875. But that is the decimal alone. To turn it into a percent take 875 and turn it into 875% or depending on the situation 8.75% or 87.5%
