why should she clean your room, if she has a day off maybe she would like to relax a bit, do you clean when you have a day off? Maybe if its both of your room, as in maybe you live together, then both of you clean it, but dont be a male shovenist and think she has to clean it because she is a women, and if you are that way your girlfriend needs to gfind a better guy..NO she is not lazy, shes probably worn out from putting up wit YOU

I can see it's a problem for you - but does she know how you feel? Perhaps she's been exhausted at work and needs a day to veg and watch Friends DVDs on the sofa. Perhaps she never helps out at home because she doesn't feel that she's part of it. If you talk about "my" this and "my" that, she will feel like really it's your place and not yours and hers.
Do you think that you would do the same for her if she's away at work and you're at home with plenty of time to spare? If so then you need to meet somewhere in the middle. Suggest that as a favour to her you would do x when you get home but could she do a little tidying as a favour to you both.
I know it's hard but perhaps notice something she has done and thank her for it. Leave out giving orders or complaining until you've both reached a point where you BOTH need to tidy up. Try suggesting that you BOTH need to do a little each day or just as you go along.... GOOD LUCK! :)

Does she live with you? Because if she doesn't share your bedroom then she is definately NOT lazy. Why should she clean your room on her day off? But if you share a room I'd say she probably is not lazy. People should enjoy their day off.

why don't you both clean it together and then have a romantic afternoon in the Nice Clean Room... make up a munchy tray and watch a movie together,, there is nothing better than a lazy day together in a clean fresh room

If its YOUR bedroom, you need to clean it, not her. If she lives there too, you both need to help out. Just because she is a woman doesn't mean she needs to do all the cleaning. If you notice it's messy, then get to it!

No that is a mans job girls always clean up and that is your room why is that her problem if she messed it up and did not clean it up then you tell her clean up or get out if u really love her don't do that just b a man and clean it your self.Good luck and hope it goes well.

You expect your girlfriend to clean up after you? I'm a guy..........and I'd say she should dump you and finds someone that appreciates her as a loving female, not a slave or a skivvy.
Is she lazy? Hell no! It's YOUR bedroom..........you made the mess.........you clear it up!

No she is not lazy just tired from working she needs time to relax. And it is your room, you should be the one to keep it clean. She is not your maid...
