Well, I know you haven't heard this recently, but Wal-Mart is the worst place to work at. They don't give you health insurance or many benefits. But it is a 15 yeard old child, he is better off working at Wal-Mart than any of those fast food resraurants like: Mc Donad's, Burger King, Taco Beel, White Castle, and many others. So, If I were you, I would let my 15 yeard old son work at Walmart.

I thought you had to be at least 16 to work there, but I really think it's 18. But I would think it would be pretty safe.
