correct this one.. thanks!

It’s been a hell week for me, that’s why I can’t write anything more. As far as I can remember, that’s all I’ve learned for this week.

I've had a bad week, which is why I can not write anymore. As far as I can remember, that is all I learned from this week.

"It’s been a hell week for me" -- Not much technically wrong with it, except maybe "for" is the wrong word, but it is extremely colloquial and can be made better by making the subject "I" rather than "It (the week)" and avoiding the word "hell."

"that’s why I can’t write anything more" -- "that" is changed to "which" because it is a better introduction to the clause and is used with a comma, whereas "that" is not used with commas. In technical essays, you usually try to avoid using contractions, so break those down to their separate words. "Anything more" becomes "anymore."

"As far as I can remember" -- I don't see anything particularly wrong here. Maybe change "remember" to "tell" for clarity, but that is not a big deal.

"that’s all I’ve learned for this week." -- Change "for" to "from" because you aren't preparing for the next week, you are going over what happened last week.
