Personally, I like the Lenox one, but here are a ton of choices. Also, you should be able to choose any ring you want because you won't be constricted by the number of gems you're putting on it (only 3). We wanted to do this for my grandma, but she has 10 grandkids and it's hard to find ones that hold that many. Good Luck and I'm sure your mom will love it!

Any store with a jewelry counter has them-even K-Mart .
I would order as soon as possible in case there is a long wait . Some stores even have Mother's Rings already made with different birthstones . Make of list of the stones for her kids as well as your mom & dad , and you might be able to find one with those stones ready made - if you don't get one ordered in time .

Try limoges jewelry. I have gotten rings from them before - they are great quality & price, and you can customize them however you want.
