It was a promotion held by Yahoo!, but the prizes were really lame: a Y.A. T-shirt, sticker, or key chain.

If you receive enough points (which can be earned for, among other things, getting a "Best Answer"), you get certain prizes. For example, upon reaching Level 2, you are awarded Yahoo! i did get a little love note in a way of a violation today : ) someone asked about "you won 500, yahoo congratulates you ? i really thought it was a scam and said so.. because some people use yahoo 2 do their scamming.. i gave microsoft number in my answer 2 check on it .. and i'll be dang, someone reported me..hahaha.. silly eh.. people can be soo touchy about nothing and need a happy pill.. lmao.. but hey i see another one of your questions deleted.. i tried 2 answer and it was gone.. you have yourself in reverse now.. put it in drive : )
