you might need some counseling. There might be some other things giong on in your life that are causing you to lash out like this. It could also be puberty... Have you had any family deaths or anything dramatic divorce, moving etc? any of these things could be causing problems. You also might want to get your thyroid tested. you could have an imbalance...

Basically you're saying you lost it. Stress will do it. I'm not sure what mental sick means, if it was drastic I would imagine you were sent to the guidance office, for guidance. All schools have these now, go make use of the people. It's too difficult a question to answer on here with limited info.
