If one can control his mind,all his senses, his thoughts, his actions he can control all the natural elements without any problem.

Air. Through air, you can control the other elements (clouds rubbing together produces lightening; wind can be used to cause duststorms and sandstorms, avalanches, and mudslides; wind can move the waves and cause ocean storms and flooding, as well as bring the rain; and without air, there can be no fire. On top of that, whoever can control the air can control the weather (which can be a bigger weapon than a nuclear bomb blast) and can potentially fly (or at least glide on the wind currents).
