Cold environment and/or being nervous often does that. The higher blood pressure contact the arteries & blood supply to your wang is impaired. Shrinkage is common.
I'd bet I could give it some TLC & make it OK again.

Lol i dont know m8. Im the same i have not a huge 1 - bit its bigger than average and yet when i let me doctor see it i dropped my boxers and i sort of looked at it and thought "is that mine" ? Lol it must be something to do with nerves.
Man ive never been so embarassed. Dont worry about it m8 if you dont normally have a small penis, just think what the people with a small penis must look like when THEY go in.

as funny as it sounds, your situation is not uncommon. Many guys find their penis tries to disappear when faced with exposure in somewhat embarassing situations. On the other hand, some penises are know to show off their full size in the same type of position. Either way, it's perfectly normal. The important thin is to get checked as often as necessary if you are sexually active.

Your body was going through the primitive fight/flight syndrome. When a male is about to fight, the brain caused the penis etc to draw upwards for protection. I believe Sumo wrestlers can do this by simply concentrating and they manage to draw the lot inside their body.
You got scared and the result was as above.

Common problem -mainly caused because you are nervous. - but if you think thats bad wait till you get a vasectomy & there are about 4 nurses all staring at your tackle (at least the part of it that has not decided to go away & hide somewhere)

It's possible that you were cold or scared. I know the scared things sounds like a far fetched answer but it really can happen.
