I got this when I accidentally open a website named: Ghostlove.net
Now, I can't change my homepage, and it keeps on sending that website to everyone on my Yahoo! list. Yes, I have been using a Antivirus and Antispy, but I still can't change my homepage.

Download A2Squared from Austria. Their free version. http://www.emsisoft.com This program scans all 195,000 objects in my system. Plus it has a root kit detector and a hijacker detector that will remove this "YM:Boy.Hacker".
They will ask you for your email address and they will send you a free key.
Ofcourse that is if you can find away to even download a program. There will be no conflict with any other antivirus program that you have. As this program is not an antivirus program. As all the technology to fix your problem.
After the program is run an installed, and it cleans up this hacker mess for you always reboot your pc.
Just because you know the name it does not mean that you will find it in your registry keys. Plus you really don't want to mess with your registry on a manual basis. One mistake and you will have to reformat your entire platform.
Other people have given you some good suggestion about going into your safe mode and try to remove this hijacker. No guarantee that this will work. Works sometimes, other times does not work for you.
IF YOUR PROBLEMS GET RESOLVED, DOWNLOAD A FREE STATE OF THE ART TECHNOLOGY THAT WILL PREVENT A HACKER FROM GETTING INTO YOUR SYSTEM THE PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO CATCH 'ZERO DAY ATTACKS', DRIVE BY DOWNLOADS. http://www.cyberhawk.com
Some one told you to use superantispyware This is an excellent spyware program that finds spyware usually missed by other. THE PROBEM IS THAT THE TWO SPYWARE PROGRAM I LISTED ABOVE FOUND ADWARE EMBEDDED IN THIS PROGRAM.
Good luck hope your problem will be resolved.

Your PC is infected with a browser hijacker. Use these free scans to get rid of it.
All of these are ones that I personally use and all are free.
I-Worm/Stration · BackDoor.Generic3.GBB and .GBC · Worm/Generic.FX · Exploit.WMF

Spybot - Search & Destroy detects and removes spyware, a relatively new kind of threat not yet covered by common anti-virus applications. Spyware silently tracks your surfing behaviour to create a marketing profile for you that is transmitted without your knowledge to the compilers and sold to advertising companies. If you see new toolbars in your Internet Explorer that you haven't intentionally installed, if your browser crashes inexplicably, or if your home page has been "hijacked" (or changed without your knowledge), your computer is most probably infected with spyware. Even if you don't see the symptoms, your computer may be infected, because more and more spyware is emerging. Spybot-S&D is free, so there's no harm giving it a try to see if something has invaded your computer.

You've been hijacked I think. Not all spyware, etc. is covered with every package. Have you tried Ad-Aware at lavasoft.com? If so, then pay for CyberDefender and run it. A very thorough and fast program that is 95% complete coverage. It costs $46 for a year's coverage: https://customer.cyberdefender.com/

Give up using Windows, and install Linux on your computer. Linux is immune to all viruses, malware, spyware and adware.
Go to www.distrowatch.com to find out how to get all the popular flavors of Linux...
...then do an image search for Linux screen grabs on Google.
