But it is a fact they viciously battered two year old James to death then lay him on a railway line...Poor James tried to get up time and time again and each time they knocked him down until he couldn't get up.When caught the older boys where sentenced , had a life of care with social workers,educated then released with new identities,since their release one of the boys has reoffended but is protected.One also has a child of his own apparently his partner does not know his identity..
