I've heard of the song but I've never actually heard the song. =)
Nelly Furtado is Portuguese Canadian, and one of the CBC articles I read mentioned that the Canadian men's soccer team actually doesn't have its own song (something like that, but it comes without a surprise, as their feats in the past haven't been very glorious)... yet, the Portuguese team's song was sung by a Canadian.
