Shopping Mall (shop, eat, look at boys).
I-Max Theater (If you have one)
One of those make-up places where they fix you up and take a Pic.
Maybe get her ears pierced (Only if you feel it OK).

Go to the mall have a scavernger hunt (dont run or take pictures the security guards might have a problem with that) Awoar the winning team with candy. After let them shop with 10 dollars and go out for pizzza.
If its just you and her go shopping and buy her somthing special. Go out for pizza and a movie to for more ideas.

I went to The Statue of Liberty on my 11th :). It was fun. Maybe, because she's getting older give her a rite of passage party, especially if you guys are christians we don't get things like that, hispanics have quinceneros, jews have bat mitzvas. Or maybe you can go shopping, or if she's not that kind of girl you can go to an amuesment park. Just give her a day that makes her feel proud of who she is :) gurls need that kind of thing in today's society.

Skating rink because there is music and lots of people her age there.
