I have bluish grey eyes too! Lavendar and green bring out the blue! If I wear these colors (especially a bright purple or dark green), then I do not even need eyeshadow.
But especially if I am wearing brown or black, my eyes look very grey, so I usually go with lavendar unless there is some kind of green in my clothes.
Bright red clothes also makes your eyes look bluer!

The color that your baby's eyes will most likely change to depends entirely on the color genetics. Most babies are born with blue or gray eyes and their iris color changes sometime between birth and about 12 months of age or so. Blue is a recessive gene, so you need two copies of the blue gene in order to have blue eyes. If both parents have blue eyes, then the baby will almost always have blue eyes because the gene for blue eyes is the only one that their parents can pass on to them. If one parent had blue eyes and the other parent had brown eyes then you have to look to the grandparents of the brown-eyed parent. Brown is dominant to blue, which means you only need one copy of the brown gene to have brown eyes. If a brown-eyed person has one gene for brown eyes and one gene for blue eyes then their babies could inherit either the gene for blue OR the gene for brown. If both parents have brown eyes, then there's a pretty strong chance that their baby will have brown eyes. Unless both parents have one gene for blue eyes and one gene for brown eyes...then there is a possibility that their baby could inherit two genes for blue eyes (one from each parent) and therefor have blue eyes. And that's just the basic color genetics of brown vs blue. That doesn't take into account less common, and more genetically complicated, colors like hazel, green, gray, etc.

The dusty rose colors, along with anything in the mauve family look extremely attractive with blue/grey eyes, also try the smoky grays and golds, these colors tend to contrast the eye color and make them "pop"!!.
