The Internet offers a variety of options for this. First off there are sites where you can have them send a ringtone through text message. Then depending on your phone model, there is cables where you can hook your cell phone to your pc USB port. But to let you know with the sites, not all of them are trustful (Spam), and some of them make you pay. So choose wisely!
