The easiest way is to buy into the entire 'martyrdom' idea. It is chaotic and idiotic. An information campaign should dispel the myth. They are dead dead dead.... it will take some work, but it can be done. Additionally, I am all for making them martyrs, kill them one at a time or in bulk. Eventually, if the women of their society are ever allowed freedom, they will live their children and dissuade them from this self destructive path.

Get some flour, yeast milk, butter and sugar , mix it all together until it has a smooth consistency and put it in the oven for 40 minutes, gas mark 5.
