you should have told us what you've tried.
of course it is illegal to share and download copyrited music, but i do understand that some people just can't afford to spend hundreds of dollars on music.. why should they have to go without? i think that programs like this are a good way to help the lower classes enjoy some of the luxuries that the upper class people take for granted.
i've done comparisons of p2p programs to include winmx/kaaza, limewire, and bearshare.. most people around here seem to recommend limewire, but by downloading the same files through each i discovered that bearshare had the best results. it found more sources and had faster download times.
bearshare does come with adware, but if you run ad-aware after installing bearshare it gets rid of the adware and leaves you with a great free p2p program.

This question keeps popping up. What's so wrong with going to WalMart.com and downloading a song for 88 cents. Support the artists you like so they can afford to make more music! WM is, I think they cheapest site, there are obviously others. Is anyone aware that music sharing is theft any more?!?

THAT'S ILLEAGLE.

MY COUSIN GOT FINED £2000 FOR DOWNLOADING ILLEAGLE MUSIC.

SOME PEOPLE SAY THAT IF YOU DOWNLOAD ILLEAGLE MUSIC YOU NEVER GET FINED. BUT WHAT THE POLICE DO IS PICK SOMEONE OUT OF A LIST OF PEPLE WHO DOWNLOADED ILLEGAL MUSIC AND FINE ONE OF THEM A DAY! LOW CHANCES BUT IT COULD STILL HAPPEN!
