There are only 2 genders.
Hermaphrodite's are of both genders but that is NOT a separate gender.
Transgender is not a separate gender regardless of whether the chromosomes do not agree with the genitalia.

there are really only 2 genders, though. male and female. there are only 2 chromosomes to choose from...X and Y. your other two are just variations of combinations of the same two chromosomes.
