Know that it is actually difficult for the mother to cause a miscarriage. It is usually a problem with the baby itself that causes it. There is nothing u can do to prevent it, I do know how u feel as I am 12 weeks pregnant and suffered a miscarriage 3 years ago. The whole 12 weeks Ive been very worried and parinoid. Ive learnt not to stress too much, it only gives me cramps in the abdomen and makes me depressed. Keep positive that u will be fine this time and try hard to focus on the good things. Im sure u will be fine, chin up and good luck!

Somewhere around 1 in 5 pregnancies will end in a miscarriage, usually because of a defect in the fetus. This is normal and there is nothing you can do to prevent it.

In fact most times there is nothing you can do to prevent a miscarriage. If you miscarry again your doctor will start doing tests to make sure that you are producing enough hormones to sustain a pregnancy next time you get pregnant. I am sure there are other tests as well.

However relax, stress is bad for you and the baby. You will most likely not miscarry and even if you do it doesn't mean you will never have a baby.

Beware of any half-baked medical advice offered by strangers on the internet.

No one but your doctor has your medical history, information about yor diet, the medications or drug you may be taking, and your family' history for miscarriage.

Your doctor is the only one qualified to answer this question.
