I believe it will only escalate matters in Iraq into a full-scale civil war, with more violence, killing, bombings, and kidnappings. It is tragic that George W. Bush committed trillions of dollars in U.S. resources to settling a score with his family's arch enemy, Hussein, instead of pouring that money into social programs, infrastructure, and other things so desperately needed in the United States.
Bush will declare the Hussein sentence a victory over terror. In reality, he has lost the vision of America and turned us into a third-world country not unlike all the other little dictatorships around the world ruled by psychopathic despots. -RKO-
