i loveeeeeee swimming and my best and favorite storke is butterfly...so what do yall think of it. my team is divided about it. most ppl either hate it or love it...so anyone? what do ya think?

It' awesome! I was a swimmer and swam butterfly. It's a great event because most people don't like swimming it. Work hard and you will blow them away. And next time you have a meet, walk up to the blocks and say something outloud like "I love this stroke". People will think your crazy and it's usually a good but nice psych out technique

I LOVE IT!!! Probably mostly because it's my best stroke, but it just feels so awesome. Pulling your hands out with that force than propelling yourself forward. I feel like I'm flying when i do it. Sadly though, I'm quite weak and I have no fat or muscle on my arms, so I can only do about 35 m of it. 25 is easy, but i can't do a 50! I end up becoming really tired and my fly becoes sloppy, etc. Usually in a medley relay, I end up doing the fly because I'm guessing I'm one of the best on my team, but yeah everyone else hates it on my team!! So if you can do it, and do it well, it's awesome I com'letely agree. Keep going with fly cause it's the awesomest!!!

If you want to pick a stroke to perfect, I would pick butterfly. By far the hardest, but if you can do it, congratulations. The most I can do (pretty well at least) is a 50. I feel very graceful, and it's fun to watch.

YES!...I love the butterfly. I made state and swam in the Nike Regionals at the University of Arizona. 200 md-relay free-style and buttlerfly..its the best!

I love it. I always do as many laps as I can doing butterfly. Whenever I want to show off my swimming, I swim butterfly, there just isn't anything impressing about freestyle.

Im a swimmer and lmme tell u butterfly is tough but it's worth learning it it very pretty and once ur good at it its pretty easy :)

butterfly is amazing!!! (to watch) it is a fun stoke to swim too, but after a 25 my butterfly turns into butter"struggle"! plus all the male butterflyers i know have amazing abs and arms !!!!
