try placing them in the freezer for 10 mins, that should expand them and losen them enough to get them apart.

WD4O oil - leave to seep in over night with some dribbled around the join, then twist, don't pull. You will only create further vacuum.

Just had another good tip - in the morning before trying to separate them, rinse under a hot tap, then wipe very dry, then put on a pair of rubber washing up gloves, then twist them apart, If that fails, throw them away, cos you are not gonna get them suckers apart no matter what. lol Good luck!

Have you tried hot and cold at the same time ? Fill the sink with hot water, and the inside tumbler with ice-cold water, and place the tumblers upright into the hot water. The inner one should lift right out, and if it doesn't , throw them away. They're only plastic after all.

If it is possible to set them in water that does not come to the top of the first glass, bring it to a boil with ice cubes in the top glass. Add some vegetable oil around the lip where the two meet. You need to try and continuously keep a pulling pressure on the top glass, so it does not just seat further into the bottom one. You can hope that the expansion of the first glass and contraction of the other will allow oil to seep in around the two and then for a slight twist and pull. USE GLOVES to protect from temperature and potential breaking. WATCH FOR MELTING PLASTIC!!

Take a small hammer or something like that and gently tap the
rim of the bottom one downward - a 1/4 or 1/2 turn at a time.
Had to do it several times.

I had the same problem with 2 glasses and i tried everything and still managed to break both of them. Go and buy a new set and keep the rest as spares.
