my view is that it's not hurting anyone. and even the bible says nothing about it being unforgivable so...i don't have a problem with it. it does say that homosexuality is an abomination, but the word abomination means 'grotesque'.

The problem is the terminology.I believe that how one lives their life whether by choice or genetics is nobodies business.As a couple all rights should be made available that are found in other areas of society.The flip side however is the literal meaning of marriage.It is a term used to signify an agreement between a man and a woman both spiritually and contractually.I understand the desire for the same acceptance that marital status brings to a heterosexual couple.Pick a different word,or better yet add a new one to Websters that signifies the union,endow it with the same rights and legal obligations and lets move on.We have much more morally disconcerting issues to resolve.

It was Adam and Eve..not Adam and Steve. in the Bible there was not one occurence of gay marriage, it was called an abomination, and if you get married, it's in a church which follows the Bible...so just don't bother getting married, fags

It is not a marriage. Christ instituted the sacrament of Holy Matrimony for the union of man and woman to become one flesh, as the Bible says. There is no mention of a union between man and man, or woman and woman. As far as I'm concerned, they have the free will to do what they want, abeit right, or wrong, like every other human being, but I get angry at these people defaming the word marriage. Their unholy union is NOT, I repeat NOT a marriage.

HOMOSEXUALITY is WRONG. IT states so clearly in the Bible.
"Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate [perverts], nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God." -I Corinthians 6:9-10
The Bible clearly states that this is a sin. However, you can be forgiven, just like everyone else. Do NOT reject this part of the Bible- it's either all or nothing. You can't leave out parts of God's Holy Book because you don't like it. If you are rejecting parts of the Bible and saying, "That doesn't apply to us today," then you are saying that God makes mistakes. And if God makes mistakes, then He is not God. And if He is not God, then all your religion is false.

there is no "equal" in "separate but equal"; quasi-marriages (civil unions, etc.) are a squeemish compromise and not the same as marriage.
What sanctifies a marriage is the public aknowledgement of a committed, loving relationship. Gender has nothing to do with that.

I see nothing wrong with it. Marriage shouldn't be limited to only a man and woman, but to anyone who loves each other in that way.

A gay partnership isn;t marriage. It never will be , but there shouldn't be ANY penalties legally or socially to being married or single.

i think it is sick and wrong and the Bible say that it should be between a woman and a man!!! so its wrong t osee a uy kissing a guy and a girl kissing a girl its sick and wrong!! thats not what God wants and then they say thats how they are bull crap!! its gross!!!!!
