make surte in the divorce papers that it states he is to pay wht ever it is directly to the parents within a certin amount of time. If you fon't get it in the divorce papers it is considered a mutual debt. then if he doesn't pay you have somethig to take to court to stand on id he says he does''t owe it then why did he sign the papers...

Ok, first you may get your divorce on your own but the divorce court wont order himto repay what he owes you. The divorce courts will help you to enforce whats ordered on the divorce decree. Now as for what he owes you, you will have to sue him in small claims court which you can probably do yourself, basically showing the court the proof of what he owes you and that court will helpyou enforce their decision. Good luck

The only way that you can make sure he pays what he is court ordered to do, is by keeping careful records of what he does pay, and what he doesn't pay. If after a few months, give him six, he hasn't paid everything owed with in that time period, than go back to court with your proof.

Have the courts put a garnishment of wages on him. That should follow him to every job. If it doesn't, it will be up to you to make sure you notify the courts everytime he statrs a new job.
While your at it, ask for alamony. Or maitence some states call it.

Sorry and hope everything works out great. HAve faith and pray to god, he'll come through for ya! A lawyer wouldnt be a terrible idea either.

I hate to say this but if he is stealing checks your going to have a hard time getting money from him. If he has a job the court can order that payments to you come directly out of his paycheck.

When you go in to see the judge at the final hearing you can explain what has happened and ask the judge to put it into your divorce papers, that way if he doesn't pay he'll be in contempt. Hope this helps

The court will enforce it. You have to take some initiative he he doesn't but the court can garnish his wages, hold income tax returns, revoke his drivers license etc etc.

I'm not really sure exactly what you need to do. Most attorney's give free consultation. Go talk with one. I really hope the best for you - he sounds like a real loser!
