Is photo-bucket free of do you have to pay to use it?

i want to get an account with photobucket but i don't know if it's free or not.....

It is free.. I quote from their website

`Photobucket provides free video and photo sharing. Easily host and link your images and videos to social networks, auction sites, blogs, and message boards.'

It's free but I think if you want the premuin acount then you have to pay
