When I'm driving i always tap my left foot to the music because it's the foot I use least. I've been doing it for years. I noticed the other day that my left calf muscle is way bigger than the right, so I decided to put my car in cruise when traveling (I'm a traveling nurse) and tap my right foot only. I wonder how long it will take for my calves to even out?

For me it's a natural reaction, but in addition to that I'll be moving my head from side-to-side. I love music, and it's funny how the body reacts to music. If a song has a good beat, my body just starts moving. Music is definitely good for the soul.

*already dancing, yet stops at once to sort* I faucet my foot and dance to very practically each music I hear. no remember the area i'm, i'm consistently tapping my foot every time I hear a music. *gets up and starts off dancing lower back*

Yes, it's showing that you are keeping up the tempo with the song. It's also good exercise. When i play a really good song that i like, I dance around my house....And when nobody's home i dance naked.
