Absolutely not. The child will have either the blood type of mother or father, regardless of any 'recessive genes'. If the mother is 0+ and the baby is b+, then the real father is b+.
My mom is 0- and my dad is 0+, my two sisters have 0-, my brother and I have 0+.

No, not really. Both my parents had O positive and my doctor said that there really wasn't any way that I would have any other type blood then O positive. I still got a blood check (I was pregnant and was taking a ton of blood tests anyways, thought it couldn't hurt) and it came out as O positive. I would discuss this question with your doctor to be sure.

I don't believe it is possible. I know if one parent has o-neg and one has o-pos the child usually has o with the rhesus factor of the dominant partner which is usually the males Rh factor. For example; my dad is o-neg, mom is o-pos--result all nine of us kids are o-neg. My husband is o-pos and I am o-neg--result both our girls are o-pos. I am not a doctor but from what I have seen through the years, I think it is unlikely for the child to have a different blood type all together! Hope this helps, couldn't find any links to connect my findings to. Good Luck!!

No. Two parents with blood type O can only pass on the O allele to their child.

Yes, it is possible, however, very rare!
In your body, you have two different (or in some cases the same) gene. One is dominate, one is recessive. If you and your mate both have the same type of Dominiate and recessive, there is about a 1 in 8 chance that you will have a child with B+.
It is just like two brown hair people getting a blonde hair child.
Or 2 blue eyed people getting a brown eyed child.
