It should be done by the familes of the people he tortored. But lets be honest, look at the country post Saddam, and look at it now. It's actually worse.

If murdering a murderer is righteosus and good and a true deterent to crime I think we should let our children murder him. What a great value lesson and let's not forget its also a great deternt to crime and who is more without sin than our perfect little angels?
