There a re so many causes of stress around these days that it's pretty hard to advise any particular person how to deal with his, or hers. What you might do for starters is turn it around, and imagine that you are reading this same question that somebody else has posted, and then think about how you would advise THAT person.
I use this method to help me with a lot of my own problem solving about this or that. I sort of step outside myself and try to look objectively a t the situation as another person might, free from all the personal emotions that often get in the way when we are trying to resolve an issue for our own selves.
One thing's obvious. You are spending a lot of valuable energy getting mad and upset over things. Take that same energy, concentrate on the actual nature of the personal problems you mention, and think of ways in which you can either eliminate them, or at least diminish them. You may not be able to do a Harry Potter, chant a spell and make them vanish, lol But if you get yourself into a quiet place, and go over them in your mind thoroughly, you might just get a lightbulb moment, or some thoughts will come to you how to better deal with them, .

Learn to address the stress and worry about what you can and cannot control.
Stress is not always bad. Do some research on the web on how to address and deal with stress through relaxation.
Take 5 and relax, deep breaths, take a hot bath. Maybe you need a break or night off. Not much info there but if there, ask hubby/wife/GF/BF to give you a massage and let them work the tension/stress away.

If you have a good friend that you can share your experiences with and that will be an ear for you this may help. Also although it sounds really grown up realize that things could be a lot worse and that others have it a lot worse then you. Regardless of age sometimes this is difficult to do but when you can sometimes you will laugh at yourself for feeling so bad when you look at the fate of others. Perhaps go for a walk or try writing down your emotions then burn it and let these feeling be released.

Exercise is a good way of relieving your stress. If nothing else, get out and go for a good long walk. You could put on some fast music, and dance your heart out. It helps me sometimes.....gets my mind off my problems, at least temporarily. Go to the park and feed the ducks, or go window shopping.....you don't have to buy necessarily, just get out of the house. Good Luck!
