I think that who Ashley was up against then yes it was fair Robert has got a god voice and has delivered every week. Ashley did not deserve to go last night and it was just because he was there with the wrong person. If Nikkita or Mcdonald brothers had been there they would have gone.
Simon's was livid and I do not think I have ever seen him that mad so watch out louis if ever Simon gets the vote and it is one of yours in bottom he will fly. He called McDonald bros McDoodle so my guess he does not like them!

Ashley wasn't fantastic last night but neither was Robert. At least Ashley is really talented and has a potential career as a singer - he would definitely sell records. Louis clearly only sent him home out of spite and it was ridiculous: he listed loads of reasons why he should stay and loads of reasons why Robert should go and then sent Ashley home. Louis talks crap most of the time and he is rarely fair, but I'm sure Ashley will be signed and will have a career in the music industry.

Scruffy and untidy. No, that's not his appearance I'm talking about although come to think of it, it IS a perfect description - but no, I was referring to his singing. Once or twice he was actually IN KEY, most of the time he was all over the place and mainly sharp. His so-called vib ('vibrato') was, as has already been suggested, so false that it was excruciatingly irritating to the point of being amusing. Simon whatsisname would have obviously known that (if he's such a good record producer as he's made out to be) yet went into a silly strop when Louis knows-no-better actually DID know better! I tell you, as a musical performance, it was musical comedy, not "pop" as suggested.

How Nikkita didn't get voted off is beyond me . I thought she was utter rubbish.The Mc Donald brothers sound like a pair of sissies, but alas Ashley and Robert were in the bottom two and I agreed with Louis that Ashley had to go, he performed the song badly and Robert was better.

Really unfair beacuse of the way he did it he made it so much worse, he held it out and I think the only deciding factor is a spiteful one against simon, Louis is really immature for a man of his age and really not that self confident he just annoys me.

i wasn`t surprised about ashley getting booted off x factor,he seems 2arrogant+not that bothered.but i am surprised that the macdonald bros hanvn`t been in the bottom 2,as they r not that gr8 either.think that eton rd r very good,as they appeal 2young girls-who buy a lot of singles,so i think they would do well+probably last unlike the past 2 winners who have just disappeared!!

I think it was totally fair, as soon as I saw what Ashley was gonna sing, I knew he wouldn't pull it off as it didn't suit his vocals.
Out of the two bottom contestants, Robert deserved to stay.

I'm afraid that Ashley was so bad musically speaking that he had me in fits of laughter with that ridiculous "wobble" in his voice. "Vibrato" is necessary in a normal singing voice, but his, as I say, was a parody of that and was far more suited as part of a comedy act. For once, Louis was right, and Simon KNEW it but couldn't say as much, could he! ! !

robert should have definitely stayed he's one of the best and shouldn't even be in the bottom 2. Ashley is arrogant and thinks he is better than he is. What a sore loser
