If you mean, would I be willing to pay more for clothes if I knew those making them were paid more, that's a difficult question. In theory I'd like to say yes, since nobody wants to feel like he or she is an oppressor of others. However, I am also on a budget and I feel I need to do whatever I can to stretch my own money. I'm afraid I prioritize my own and my family's comfort above that of people I don't know and will never see. So, the answer is probably no. And this focus on one's own situation and an unwillingness to make sacrifices for others are the reasons why consumers can't be counted on to affect wages.

Do you mean would I be willing to pay more if that means the employees were treated better? YES! I don't feel comfortable if my good deal on pants is based on other people having a hard time to pay their rent.
