Also, I wouldn't let any doctors diagnose ADHD because it is a made up condition to tell abusive parents (that the doctor is afraid might beat him up if they hear anything they don't like) that their child is a complete piece of s**t and should be in a juvenile detention centre!

that's what I would do! nip the problem in the bud before we become overrun! This problem wasn't around when I was young and I think there is a direct correlation. I am 25.

I would put more money into education, i.e. grammar, this would get people to use capitals as in King Bush !! Also spelling as in Blair and not bilar. Just for info there's a little spell checker just to the top of the submit message box.

I'd give people a reason to work, at the moment everything we earn is taxed, and everything we buy is taxed, or save, or where we live, or what we eat, for goodness sake - tampons and sanitary towels are taxed! (that monthly luxury!) I would make it so that if you honestly can't work then fine I'll help, but if you just don't want to then I would bombard you with job applications and nag you with daily letters to get a job, and what you earn you keep.
