No. It is Al Qaida which was fuelling Saddam's hatred against the USA. His death will not deter them as they are a Jehadi suicidal group. Their total annihilation should be at the top of the agenda for war against global terrorism. His death might herald democracy and 'Limited government' under a lasting Constitution towards which the progressive Muslims should strive.

Greetings!
Though most Americans choose not to believe it, Saddam was an enemy and would not give quarter or harbor members of Al Qaida, or Bin Laden.
We as Americans believe to much of the crap we here from politicians.
Let me ask this, Suppose the Chinese felt we were evil and a threat to them.
If you were unbiased would you condone an invasion by them?

Well as we see right now, one group is celebrating, the other in a up-rage. Al Queda will capitalize on the separation between the Shite and Sunni, increasing the tensions, murders, and poring more fuel on the fire, while our soldiers are caught in the middle of Lucifer's battlefield. How Al Queda will capitalize on what I see a full scale street battle between the Shite and Sunni will be the propaganda against the U.S. not being able to militarily provide security for Iraq.
