If you are talking about prescription birth control, a doctor, nurse practitioner or a physician assistant has to prescribe it here in the US.

There is no age limit. I've prescribed birth control to 13 year olds who are having very irregular menses.

Anyone can buy OTC birth control. If you want something more reliable you can make an appointment with your Dr and he can put you on it. He can not tell your parents regardless of your age because of Federal HIPPA laws. Unless you are not in the US that is how it works here.

you ususally dont need to be a certain age, but you do have to be at least 18 to get a prescription from your doctor. But you can also go with your parent to the doctor to comfirm that you can take birth control before you are 18

First you have to have a prescription. Try this, tell your mom you want to go to the dermatologist for your acne. 9 times out of 10 they will give you a prescription for the pill to "help" you clear up your face. Good luck.
