I have DSL and I went into Networking and accidently hit yes instead of no for "you have asked to change TCP/IP properties for dial up adapter" now my computer is running SLOW!

Although I do not clearly see what you could have clicked to do that, for Windows XP the solution to restore your TCP/IP settings is simple. Just go to Start->Run and type "netsh int ip reset log.txt" and restart your computer.

If that does not resolve you speed issue, run a spyware scan like the one at http://housecall.trendmicro.com

Are those really your lips? Anyways you should call your ISP and have them come fix it.

Or

You can go to Start/Control Panel/ Networking Connections or on some systems its called Networking and Internet Conections. Well whichever yours has try to go to Networking Connections. Inside you will see some types of Connections you have try to find your DSL one and click Properties on it. This will will bring up the TCP/IP conntections where you can change it back to regular Broadband.
