This may sound weird, but X-Men 3: The Last Stand. The ethical/moral dilemma was the Humans vs. the Mutants. The humans discovered a "cure" that would make mutants "normal." The humans wanted to offer this "cure" to the mutants, but some mutants argued that they did not have an illness and therefore didn't need a cure. You could relate this to people and deaf people (or have other disabilities), and how people want to cure deafness, but those part of the deaf community will tell you that deafness is not a illness, but a culture and way of life.

Cry Freedom:
In a segregated South Africa, black nationalist Steven Biko (Denzel Washington) and white newspaper editor Donald Woods (Kevin Kline) are unlikely friends with a common goal: ending apartheid. When Biko's beliefs land him in prison and he's covertly murdered by South African authorities, Woods rallies to expose the injustice. Based on Woods's books Biko and Asking for Trouble

It is one of the most moving movies I have ever seen, very hard to watch though, knowing its a true story

Good Luck and have a GREAT day!

You can try a classic such as "To Kill A Mocking Bird" for ethics in law. Or a documentary like "Code Grey" for medical ethics. "Jurassic Park" is also a good statement as far as bioengineering ethics go...
